June 27, 2024 at 7:17 pmThe technician was amazing. He was courteous and efficient. The receptionist with the long hair and red bandanna does not acknowledge anyone. I waited for her to finish typing, taking a phone call and fiddling with files. 5 minutes at least. I honestly do not mind waiting but please acknowledge my existence!

Some of these other negative reviews seem to be issues caused by the person reviewing eg. Coming to an appointment late, wrong booking or not providing a specification. Not the receptionists fault you’re mad and give a one star review.

July 8, 2024 at 7:20 pmThe receptionists are very nice ,helpful and friendly. But the the lady who did my ultra sound,she had an hijub(one wore by muslims),I didn’t get her name. She was just discussing my results with another Muslim lady with an hijub and looking at me so weirdly….at the same time laughing n giving me a plastic smile…it Made me really feel uncomfortable. If you are to discuss a clients results just wait for her to leave. This was my third time.
My first two appointment was awesome. The first two sonographers were lovely and private n very confidential.
