July 29, 2024 at 7:11 pmReceived a basic service and a coolant flush. All seemed well on the way home. However, to my surprise, the engine temp needle maxed at the hot end on the second drive after the service.
I checked the reservoir and it was way below the ‘low’ mark.
It was only until after ringing them back, that they advised I put in X amount of demineralised water to further dilute what ever amount of “concentrated” coolant they’d used.
Friendly staff in person, not so much over the phone.
Overall, a mediocre experience.
2 stars for the inconvenience, lack of clarification, and a seemingly rushed job.
