May 3, 2024 at 11:32 amDr Inga was brilliant and assisted me with kindness and openness. Unfortunately, I had to remove a star for how rudely the blonde receptionist treated me. She seemed to not believe I held a Medicare card and questioned me over and over as if I couldn’t understand what she was saying. It was strange and demeaning. After my appointment, a new receptionist was there and was lovely.

I had two appointments with Dr Ria Warfe. The second time was after a car crash, which was not caused by me. But this doctor always talks in a condescending manner. And more importantly, she lacks compassion and empathy. She did check my physical health well enough but emotionally, she did not care at all. Dr Inga Atrens is ok. I’m not sure about other doctors. But after three appointments, I think my disappointment is justified.

July 26, 2024 at 6:15 pmI have seen Dr Tim Amos on multiple occasions. He has always taken the time to listen then provide relevant, specific advice with explanations if I ask for them. I go to Tim whenever I need medical advice beyond a basic prescription or referral.
The clinic also runs relatively punctually – I have never waited more than 20 minutes, which is better than many other GP clinics I have attended.

July 29, 2024 at 7:04 pmThe establishment is nice , clean and tidy .The receptionist lady was really nice and welcoming (only her was the highlight of my booking, others was subpar ). My experience dropped dramatically after I saw the doctor (Mia or Ria , cant remember her name correctly). Felt like it was so rushing not welcoming & no compassion at all the whole process. . .I think Maccas’s employees can give better service than this lady. Probably just rebook with another dr next time to see whether it will be better or not.

I have been consulting her for years now and will never change. I had looked for a great Dr for years and for me that’s her.

April 14, 2025 at 2:56 pmVery unsympathetic doctors. No comprehension of women’s issues. Would never recommend the doctors in this practice especially Dr. Tim Amos & Dr. Brigette Malouf. Be careful what you say too. I requested my medical information and when I read the doctors’notes, I found Tim & Brigette had record information and conversations I did not have with them. I could not believe what they had recorded as havimg been said by me. Doctors in this practice are not to be trusted. Had many bad experiences with the doctors there.
Be very careful.
