1. What is BoostOn Australia?
BoostOn Australia is a business listing platform designed to connect local Australian businesses with customers by showcasing exclusive offers, discounts, and deals. BoostOn provides businesses with the tools they need to increase visibility, drive customer engagement, and attract more walk-ins through city-specific listings that make it easy for users to discover new places, events, and promotions in their area.
2. Services Offered by BoostOn Australia
BoostOn Australia offers a comprehensive range of services to support local businesses:
- Business Listings: We provide a streamlined listing service to help businesses reach their audience. Our team assists with content creation, visual media, and publishing, ensuring that each business listing is optimized for engagement.
- Promotional and Coupon Listings: Businesses can list exclusive deals and coupons, making it easy for customers to find timely offers and save on their purchases.
- Enhanced Media Support: Listings are enhanced with custom visuals, galleries, rate cards, and banners to create an engaging, attractive display that resonates with customers.
- Analytics and Tracking: BoostOn provides real-time insights into traffic and customer engagement, including metrics on page views, unique visitors, QR code usage, and call tracking.
- Event and Job Listings: Businesses can list events and job openings, giving them a valuable platform to reach a local audience for special occasions and hiring needs.
- Advertising Opportunities: BoostOn offers premium advertising options such as banner ads, featured listings, and promotional placements to increase visibility and customer reach.
3. Terminologies
- Client: Any individual or entity paying a fee to list their business on BoostOn Australia.
- Fee: A fixed amount, inclusive of GST, paid by clients for listing on BoostOn.
- GST (Goods and Services Tax): A 10% tax applied to most goods, services, and other items sold or consumed in Australia.
- Listing: The publication of client business details, images, and other content on BoostOn.
- Form: A website page or Google Sheet link sent to the client’s provided email ID, where the client must provide necessary details about their business. These details are used to generate content and create media (images/videos) for the business listing.
- Approval: Client confirmation of content and media created by PGL for final listing publication.
- Contract Period: The duration during which an agreement or contract is in effect. For BoostOn Australia, the Contract Period starts from the exact date and time payment is received from the client for listing services. During this period, clients have rights to request modifications or deletions to their listing, subject to BoostOn’s terms.
- Service: The listing provided by BoostOn Australia.
4. Acceptance of Terms and Privacy Policies
By using BoostOn Australia and agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policies of PGL (BoostOn Australia) and of any relevant third parties, including the payment gateway provider PayPal.
5. Eligibility for Listing
To list a business on BoostOn Australia:
- You must be a legal business entity operating within Australia.
- You must agree to and accept these Terms & Conditions.
- You are required to pay the applicable listing Fee via our third-party payment gateway, PayPal.
- Clients who have availed services from PGL, as specified on www.prodigygrowthlabs.com, are eligible for a free listing on BoostOn.
6. Fees & Payments
- PGL charges a fixed Fee plus GST for each business listing on BoostOn (www.booston.com.au), unless otherwise eligible for a free listing under section 5.
- Payment is processed via PayPal. By completing payment, you confirm acceptance of these Terms.
- All fees, inclusive of GST, are non-refundable, except as specified under the Refund Policy.
7. Listing Process
Once payment is received (or confirmation of free listing eligibility is established):
- You will receive an email with a Form link within 24 hours. This Form must be completed with the necessary business details.
- Upon receiving the filled Form, PGL’s listing team will prepare content, media, and other essential materials for your listing.
PGL will complete the listing within five (5) business days, contingent upon receiving all necessary details in the Form. - If you do not receive the Form within 24 hours of payment, please contact us at listings@booston.com.au.
8. Responsibilities & Completion timeline
- Clients are responsible for filling out and submitting the Form with accurate and complete information.
- PGL commits to completing the listing within five (5) business days of receiving the fully completed Form.
- If there are delays due to incomplete Form submissions, PGL cannot guarantee the 5-day completion period.
9. Approval, Modifications & Changes
PGL will provide you with content and media drafts for approval before publication.
- Business listing will only be published upon receiving approval from you.
- Clients may request modifications to their listing at any time during the Contract Period. PGL will process and complete these modifications within 2-3 business days.
- Modifications are only applicable during the Contract Period.
10. Deletion, Data Removal & Reinstatement
PGL will provide you with content and media drafts for approval before publication.
- Clients may request deletion of their listing during or after the Contract Period.
- Deletion requests will be processed within 2-3 business days. All related data will be fully removed from our database within 30 days from the deletion date.
- No refunds will be issued if deletion is requested during the Contract Period.
- If a client requests reinstatement within 30 days of deletion (and within the Contract Period), PGL will reinstate the listing within 2-3 business days.
11. Refund policy
- Fees paid, including GST, are non-refundable, except as stated in this policy.
- Refunds are available only if PGL fails to complete the required content and media within five (5) business days following receipt of the fully completed Form.
- Refund requests can be made by contacting us at listings@booston.com.au.
12. Termination & Liability
- PGL reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any breach of these Terms.
- PGL is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from listing or use of BoostOn, except as required by law.
13. Modifications
PGL may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of BoostOn after modifications implies acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Claiming or Deleting a Listed Business (for Non-Paying Visitors)
If a visitor (non-paying) finds their business listed on BoostOn Australia, they have the following options:
- Claim Your Business: You may claim your business listing on BoostOn Australia at no additional cost. Claiming enables you to take control of the listing, update information, and utilize BoostOn’s features.
- Request for Deletion: If you do not wish for your business to be listed, you may request its removal. Deletion requests will be processed within 2-3 business days.
