Staff was late but was friendly so that sort of balances out in my opinion.

July 21, 2024 at 4:57 pmHad a service done last week and asked them to check out a few things. When I collected the car they told me what the problem was and how much it would cost (coil pack & sparkplugs is all I was told). I wasnt given a written invoice to show the service they had just completed, I left thinking maybe it was in the car however it wasnt, I still need to email them and request it actually. I had to ask them to write down what needed to be done and what it would cost because otherwise I would forget, most mechanics have it all written up and the cost broken down and ready to hand to me when its time to collect car. It just seemed all rushed and unprofessional to me. It would of been great if they explained the problem to me in greater detail to help me understand the problem more. Also they gave my car a free carwash which was great, however there was dirty water drips all over the windscreen, windows and side mirrors, whoever washed the car didnt do a proper final rinse which was frustrating because I had to go out of my way to clean the windscreen and mirrors myself. I am greatful for the happy staff, however considering I paid $40 more than I usually would for a basic service elsewhere, I wont be coming back again.
